We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to assist in maintaining and
developing the Datix incident recording system; monitoring and ensuring data quality, providing advice, support and training to staff.
What you will be doing
The Datix System Analyst will work with our Datix Manager to maintain the delivery of a high-quality incident reporting system to the organisation. The job involves data quality monitoring and cleansing, system configuration, user account administration and responding to customer service requests, along with other duties such as the preparation of reports for end-users.
This is a national role and can be based at any British Red Cross office.

The Health and Safety Team are responsible for monitoring incidents that occur across the organisation's wide range of services including independent living, ambulance and event first aid and retail and fundraising services. We use an electronic system, Datix, to carry out this function. This is a web-based database commonly used in health and social care settings.
This role could be for you if...
You have experience of data analysis; with a level 2 qualification in Data Analysis or relevant experience, the ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting and communicating complex data.
You're a competent IT user, and eager to learn new systems; whilst experience of using Datix is desirable, full training will be offered to the successful candidate.
You're a strong communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills; you have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
You have a keen eye for detail; you can ensure a high level of accuracy when processing and reporting data
